in 2002 as a traditional mortgage brokerage. However, through
the systematic analysis and study of Fannie Mae/Freddie
Mac automated underwriting, the private non-conforming
mortgage market, credit scoring, and real estate investment,
Mortgage ReFinance Management has developed into
a comprehensive mortgage management firm, the first of
it’s kind.
Mortgage ReFinance Management’s proprietary management
system, Mortgage 5.0™, is a fully integrated platform
that designs for each client, optimal mortgage allocation
strategies, provides comprehensive analysis of mortgage
risk exposure, performs credit risk analysis and credit
score replenishment instruction, as well as on-going
performance monitoring and reviews. The result…the
leverage in the single-family residential refinance transaction
transfers to the client as opposed to the bank!

solution. However, each project has the same common denominator--to
position each client’s subject property to be “paid-in-full” at
its earliest time point, typically in a 7 to 12 year
